Load an audio file into Freemake Audio Converter and you can use the application to convert that file to another format. Load multiple audio files into Freemake Audio Converter and you can use the application to batch convert the files. The application provides support for MP3, WAV, WMA, FLAC, AC3, AAC, M4A, OGG, and AMR files for the input. And it provides support for MP3, WMA, WAV, FLAC, AAC, M4A, and OGG for the output.

There are two things that must be said about the Freemake Audio Converter installation process. It must be said that the setup wizard will want to install additional software on your PC. It must also be mentioned that the setup wizard will allow you to choose between a full and a custom installation – the custom installation allows you to opt out of creating a desktop icon.

The central panel of the application’s interface lists all the files you loaded into the application. Above this main panel there’s a large button that you can use to add more files and a traditional File Menu. Underneath the main panel there are large buttons that allow you to pick the output format.
